Infrastructure

We have well equipped infrastructure facilities as per EU standards in Beerakheri (Saharanpur) near Gangoh. Our plants are equipped with high quality Liquefiers, Moisture redactor, Centrifugal filter, Homogenizer cum Storage tanks, holding trays, and High power pressure pumps.

a) Laboratories
We have well equipped laboratories Antibiotic and Chemical laboratories separately; we carried out the chemical and antibiotic test of each lot. We maintain the quality of honey by scrutinizing the honey testing from NABL approved labs.

i. Chemical laboratory
We have well equipped Chemical laboratory as per European Standards. Our Chemical laboratory consist of Refrectometer, Digital refrectometer, Thermostat, Oven, Distill water unit, Weighing balance up to 4 digit accuracy, all chemicals related to chemical testing like Moisture, F/G ratio, Reducing Sugar after and before Inversion, Color, Acidity, Ash, Specific Gravity and others as required.

ii. Antibiotic laboratory
We have well equipped antibiotic laboratory according to EU standards. Our antibiotic laboratory consist the equipments like ELISA reader, Spectrophotometer and others. These equipments provide the proper and accurate results about the antibiotic contents of Tetracycline, Chloromphenicol, Sulphonamides, Floroquinalones, HMF and others in honey. Which lead us the quality assurance of the products in the completive environment.

b) Storage
We have high capacity and temperature controlled storages, in which we store raw and processed final products separately. We have wide area in front of storage for dispatch and receiving.

c) Plant and machinery
Our plants are equipped with high quality Liquefiers, Moisture redactor, Centrifugal filter, Homogenizer cum Storage tanks, holding trays, and High power pressure pumps.

d) Facility
We provide the echo friendly working environment to our employees, company have a separately change room as well as rest rooms. We have proper ventilation and lights, our plant is maintained under highly hygienic and sanitized.
